The Children's Ministry Director is primarily responsible for the planning and direction of Antioch's ministry to Nursery through 6th grade. This includes interacting and connecting with students, to help them discover and grow in their faith, as well as developing relationships with their parents, sponsors and volunteers.
This is a part time position with a flexible work schedule.
What You Will Do:
- Recruit
and train leaders and volunteers for Sunday morning, and Wednesday evening
activities.
- Lead
by example, being actively involved in the overall ministry of Antioch
Christian Church
- Coordinate
Vacation Bible School
- Develop
Curriculum for Children's ministry
- Develop
and coordinate outreach events to students and parents.
